Message	Power clean... but it at auto zone. Use it at full strength. Spray it on there and leave it for about 15 minutes... then with a wet rag rub the shit out of it...it'll still be black, but you gotta clean it in stages. Dry it off and let it stay for a while and repeat. Keep doing it over and over until it's gone.
